1 or 2 m connecting sleeves – type SL, SR and SD
Our connecting sleeves have the same shape as the purlins. They are used to provide continuity by converting isostatic purlins into continuous purlins extending over three or more supports.
Bolt-on cleats
Bolt-on cleats have pre drilled base plates to be bolted onto the supporting structure. Depending on the loads to be taken up, they may be reinforced with stiffeners. If purlins are required to carry high compression loads, you should contact the back office.
Weld-on cleats
Our weld-on cleats are supplied as black bare metal and can be shipped by express delivery service before delivery of the goods, on receipt of the order.
Tubular ties
Our tubular ties are made of a Ø 28 mm steel tube with an end-piece crimped onto each end. These tubular ties were designed and developed to provide effective purlins, cladding rails and joists stability. Extremely easy to fit - they can be screwed in by hand; no tools are required.
Ridge ties
Made of M12 steel threaded rod. The ridge ties link the ridge purlins to each other to balance the force between the two roof slopes.
Adjustable ties
Adjustable ties are composed with wire ropes, fastening plates and an adjustment system crimped on at each end. Together with the tubular ties it constitutes the "hard point" ensuring stability independent of the secondary framing. The adjustment system makes these ties quick and easy to install.
Rafter stability braces
Stability braces are used for cross beam on the portal frame. The verification of the rafter stability braces and the rigidity of the stabilisation system is the responsibility of the user.
Cleader rails
Cleader rails are used to connect the roof sheeting with the cladding on gable walls.
Trimmer
Sliding trimmer beams are made to measure, and are delivered with their fastenings.
Skylight
Skylight supports are made to measure with the bearings and fastenings.
